Q1. When will my order arrive?

Your order will take 5-7 business days (for domestic deliveries), allowing for any COVID-19 delays at present.

Q2. How much does shipping cost?

We have FREE shipping for every product, world-wide! There are no surprise fees or charges.

Q3. How are the artworks prepared/sent to ensure protection

All artwork is carefully rolled in glassine paper, sealed and placed in a mailing tube via Australia post.

Q4. What happens if my order comes and is damaged?

Each print is sent with extra cover from Australia Post. It provides loss or damage cover up to the specified value of your item while it’s being carried by Australia Post (1). In the case that a print is damaged in the shipping process, the full cost of the print will be reimbursed. Contact Jodie immediately if this occurs so that the process can get underway with no issues. Q5. What is your policy for change of mind?

Unfortunately, we do not offer returns for change of mind. Once the print has been purchased, it is yours.

Q6. Are the works original?

Each print is hand signed, titled, and dated by Jodie upon completion. They are also marked with a U/S (Unique State). This means that each print is original and unique - they are unlike any other print and no-one else will be able to purchase the same one. They are truly one-of-a-kind!
